About This Project
Functional movements executed at high intensity varies constantly mode, CrossFit is a training program and strengthening of the central core of the body. We designed our program to achieve the widest possible adaptive response. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but an attempt to optimize physical competence in each of the ten categories of Fitness recognized. Our certified CrossFit instructor will accompany you to one or more ‘lessons to be able to play in the gym, but also by the sea or in front of a beautiful sunset. Reservations required at least 72 hours of service before the date chosen.
